unquestionably hilarious. I knew it was going to be a birthday gift for my kid with the enormous stuffies collection, who is always on the lookout for
something new and weird.
It came flat packed with the funniest expression I've ever seen in a vacuum seal. Once opened up, it was still really flat and wrinkly. I took the advice of another reviewer to dampen it and toss it in the dryer for a while. That did help a little to fluff and steam it, but it's still a less substantial stuffy than I'm used to.
Because of these issues, if you're giving it as a gift, I recommend opening and fluffing it beforehand, even though the flat pack is so comical.
We got the small size. The large size promises to be more of a body pillow, though I question how stuffed the pillow aspect is since this baby is mostly tentacles.
The fabric is very soft and a pale yellow. The peels are long and loose. The value depends on what you're looking for in a plushie: high quality or novelty. All in all, a fun addition to a stuffy collection though not super plush on its own merits.
