We got FLIPPED White Cardstock 8.5" x 11 ", 100 Sheets for our daughter who likes to fold it to make different structures. It's a good weight and quality for that and folds easily and sharply.
The color is a bright white, and it's a good value for the amount you get. It also prints well on a laser printer and looks good and sharp with toner on it.
