I love this HAMUNI Wool Slouchy Beanie! First of all, I have an enormous head and this is stretchy enough to be comfortable and not tight. Hooray! That almost never happens with one-size-fits-all hats for me.

Second, it's pure wool. Merino wool is excellent for outdoor activities because it retains heat even if it gets damp from the weather or from sweat. Just be sure to hand wash and lay to dry. 

The fit is snug and chic, at least for a knit cap. I walk dogs professionally, and on some winter days it's cold enough for me to want a layer under my uniform ball cap. This should do nicely to keep my ears warm even in rain or snow.
