My body missed the memo to distribute blood to my extremities. I was diagnosed with Raynaud's and have learned to live with trying to keep my fingers and toes from going completely icy, especially when I'm out in winter weather or trying to get to sleep at night.

These AllSett Health Air-Activated Hand Warmers are great for tucking into gloves or socks for extra targeted warmth. You just shake to activate. It takes a few minutes to come to full temperature, and it's a pleasing but moderate level of heat, which I think is safer to avoid burns, especially when tucked inside fabric.

The heating effect lasts at least 11 hours as promised. I used my hot packs in the evening in my socks to warm my toes, and they were still cozy in the morning.

If you want to take a break from them, you can reseal in a plastic bag to halt the air activation. Or if it feels like it's petering out, shake it again and it will usually have a little more life left.

These are really useful for travel and are safe to go through airport security. They're great for winter sports and outdoor events as well as people with blood that doesn't want to flow to those pesky fingers and toes.

The bulk amount of 100 warmers should last a while and is great for a family or team. The cost per warmer is worth the benefit.
