This Keyoung 12-Piece Pilates Equipment Kit comes with all the items I needed for my at-home Pilates training: magic circle ring, resistance loop bands in various stretchinesses, sculpt band tool with handles, large untied resistance band, grippy socks, 2 little inflatable balls, and a storage bag to hold everything but the ring.

I have physical therapy exercises to do at home that use a lot of Pilates techniques, so I was on the lookout for a set of training equipment I could incorporate into my home workouts. This is everything I needed and more, and I'm sure I'll figure out ways to use it all.

I inflated one of the balls. It comes with a tube to blow up manually and was easy to do. It was tricky to get it plugged without deflating, but it's firm enough for my purposes. I use it for tension between my knees while I do hip exercises like bridges.

The looped resistance bands go from extra light through extra heavy. Up through medium seemed pretty low resistance to me, but the larger resistance band had a good feel to it and could be tied and looped as needed.

There's also a stretchy band with handles that I've never used before. It seems well made and nicely rubbery.

There's a magic circle Pilates ring device that you can use for stability or muscle toning. I wish this kit came with some exercise suggestions to get you started, but there are tons of routines to follow on YouTube.

There’s a pair of grip socks with elastic crisscross over the top. They looked tiny and I have big feet, so I was surprised they were stretchy enough to fit me! They're actually comfy and will help with grip for standing and sliding exercises on a mat, slippery floor, or Pilates equipment like a reformer.

Lastly, there's a useful drawstring bag that fits everything neatly inside, with the exception of the ring. You might be able to fold it in there under tension, but I didn't want to push it. The compact nature makes this a good choice for people wanting a home exercise routine but not having a ton of space for equipment because it can easily be stored away in between workouts.

All the equipment in this kit coordinates nicely, looks sharp, and feels high quality and durable. I'm very pleased with the value and the variety and look forward to using it all in my exercises!
