These Adamson Omnipod 5 Waterproof Overpatches work perfectly. They're clear and very thin, and they stick strongly without shifting.
I sometimes have reactions to adhesives, but this adhesive has been safe and comfortable so far.
The patches stay on through sweating and showering but can be peeled off easily. They last at least a week.
This is a decent price for 30 patches of good quality.
