I tried these ONLY HUMAN H2 Molecular Hydrogen Water Tablets with Magnesium out of curiosity after seeing a lot of discussion around hydrogen water

Molecular hydrogen supplements are based on the idea that adding dissolved hydrogen gas to water may help support the body’s natural balance. Fans of hydrogen water say it’s meant to act as a gentle antioxidant and may help with things like everyday oxidative stress and recovery, though the research behind these claims is still fairly limited and ongoing. For now, it’s best thought of as a wellness experiment rather than a proven solution, with any potential benefits likely to be modest and individual.

The tablet starts dissolving quickly and produces a noticeable fizz. It takes several minutes to fully dissolve, and the water becomes grayish-cloudy with a fine, grainy appearance and a strange whitish film on the top. Not exactly appealing, but I didn't want to wait too long to drink so I could be sure the hydrogen was still present.

The taste is unflavored but definitely not neutral: mildly sour and mineral-forward. I wouldn’t call it pleasant, but it’s not overwhelming or hard to get down, just not something I'd choose given the chance.

Each tablet provides a modest amount of magnesium, and the individual blister packaging is convenient and easy to use. I didn’t notice any dramatic effects, but it was an interesting experience and a different approach to daily hydration for those curious about hydrogen supplements.

This is an intriguing product with a very specific taste and texture. Best for people who don’t mind a slightly unusual drinking experience and want to try something outside the usual supplement formats.
