I got this little Posterizer Coping with Anxiety Motivational Art for my son to hang above his bunk bed. He's got a collection of inspirational sayings and motivational reminders, and I thought this would fit in.
Now, the size I got is really small, just 5x7 inches, but I knew that going in. It's the size of a slightly enlarged photo. But that works well for the space my kid has by his bunk. The paper is satiny and the printing sharp, and it would look really nice framed, and easy to do so since it's a standard photo size.
It's clear to read and nicely designed, with soft colors and circles around each mantra. The suggestions are solid and the type frequently given to those who suffer from anxiety, depression, and other struggles with mental health.
The only thing that stood out was a small error in “its only a thought,” which should read “It’s only a thought.” Not a big deal, but noticeable. A couple of phrases could also use light polishing for flow (“take care of your sleeping routine” feels slightly awkward compared to “sleep routine” or “sleep habits”), but overall the layout and wording are clear.
If you need these daily reminders as part of your self-care, this is a good visual tool. It’s simple and calming to look at, and the advice is easy to implement.
