Safuty1st Adult Bike Helmet ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Large size works for large kid and women heads but not large men's heads

The Safuty1st Adult Bike Helmet is a good bicycle helmet that's got a nice visor to help keep out sun and rain. 

We got the helmet to fit our tween and teens for scootering, so we got the large size because we all have big heads. It also fits an adult woman, but it's tight on the adult men in our family who have truly enormous heads. Just making that note for anyone else in the Big Noggin Club, that you'll need to look for an extra-large helmet in that case.

It's got a little adjustment knob in the back so you can cinch it to fit slightly smaller heads. It doesn't come with an extra padding feature to adjust the size smaller in that way, but it does come with replacement padding and mesh for when the inside gets cruddy.

The top is well ventilated to allow heat to escape. It might not then be the best choice in inclement weather, but I suppose most people ride in nice weather. 

The chin strap is adjustable and has cushy padding. The helmet is very lightweight for carrying along, though it would be awkward to carry in a bag given the visor.

Overall, this is a good budget helmet for recreational riders.
